Rossi edited The Coded Gaze, a mini documentary following Poet of Code Joy Buolamwini's personal frustrations with facial recognition software and the need for more inclusive code. The short debuted at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston in 2016. Buolamwini, an MIT Media Lab student, earned the grand prize in the professional category of The Search for Hidden Figures nationwide contest created by PepsiCo and 21st Century Fox in partnership with the New York Academy of Sciences.
